This platform brokers vehicle transport orders across Europe between registered customers and approved carriers. Customers may only submit transport requests after registration, sign-in and explicit acceptance of the customer terms and privacy notice. Without those consents, no order can be created.



Customers must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date transport details, including pickup and delivery data, contact details, vehicle status, dimensions, loading capability and any circumstances relevant to timing, feasibility, pricing or risk. The final transport price results exclusively from the carrier bid selected by the customer. The transport contract itself is concluded directly between customer and carrier, while LogiCar Transport provides the technical brokerage, payment, audit, communication and documentation layer.



Payments via Stripe: Payments are processed via Stripe. Personal data may be shared with Stripe for registration, payment processing, payouts, fraud prevention and legal compliance. The platform brokers transport orders; the transport contract is concluded between the customer and the selected carrier.

The platform fee is 15% of the gross offer price paid by the customer and is included in the carrier's gross offer. Only after successful payment are the exact customer details released by email and in the dashboard. The carrier must then confirm acceptance of the assignment and receipt of all relevant data; only then is the order removed from the open marketplace.



The carrier remains solely responsible for insurance, licences, permits, drivers, subcontractors, load securing, dispatching, tolls, communication, condition records and compliance with all applicable cross-border transport, tax and labour rules. Circumvention, unauthorised use of released data, sham bids and unlawful transport activity may result in immediate suspension and legal action.

Data is disclosed only where necessary for contract performance, pre-contractual measures, legal compliance, platform operation or legitimate security and documentation interests. Customer data is released to the selected carrier only after payment has been confirmed.



Map positions are provided only for rough orientation before exact customer data is released. Despite technical plausibility checks, we do not accept liability for pickup or delivery locations being fully correct, complete or to scale on the map.



If carriers actively consent to location sharing in the dashboard, the browser may provide the current device location so the map can show where the carrier is located. This permission is voluntary, can be revoked in the browser at any time and is used only for display and orientation in the dashboard.
